Subscriptions
When you sign up for a Smiler subscription, you’ll receive recurring deliveries based on the plan length and delivery frequency you select.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew when your chosen term ends. If you’d prefer not to renew, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
You can update or cancel your subscription whenever you wish, either through your online customer account or by contacting our Customer Care team. To ensure changes take effect before your next scheduled order, please make adjustments at least three days before your renewal date.
If payment has already been processed and your order is in preparation for shipping, it may not be possible to cancel before dispatch. In these cases, you can follow our standard returns process outlined in our returns policy.
Your order confirmation email includes links that allow you to manage your subscription directly.
